PHYSICAL INSTALLATION:
All the models of Nature Switch and Sign Switch consists of a window for transmission of ambient light on to the sensor within the enclosure. For a proper reading of the ambient light condition, the sensor needs to be exposed to the ambient solar radiation without any obstruction. For this purpose all the above models needs to be installed outdoors. The basic precautions applicable for all models are
1. The sensor window should be fully exposed to the sky.
2. The device shall be installed without any tilt.
3. The device shall be installed at a minimum height of 6 feet.

SAVE SWITCH consists of the Electronic Smart Switch and the incremental electro magnetic reactor all packed in one along with a selectable switch for High Watt duration. The product is same for new as well existing HID luminaries and can be installed close to a junction box on a pole or close to the control gear if desired. The maximum distance between Save Switch and Hid luminary should not exceed 15 meters. The electrical installation of Save Switch consists of a simple series connection between the input terminals and the HID luminary. save switch comes with 4 cables marked for INPUT and OUTPUT.

CARE IN PHYSICAL INSTALLATION of NATURE SWITCH:
Great care is taken in choosing the spectral response and field of view of the sensor in designing auto switch. However a correct installation is a must for optimum performance. If the actual installation deviates from the guidance, it may lead to sensor adopting an altered field of view resulting in either very early switch ON at dusk or very late switch OFF at dawn. Similar situation may occur if the sensor is not exposed to the sky view fully and kept in a shaded area. If direct artificial lights also emitting infrared are located in the field of view of the sensor the auto switch may not sense natural dusk as expected. All the above care is to be taken only at the time of first installation.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIION:
 Nature Switch has a terminal box with a cover and the terminals are marked as lamp, live and neutral. The electrical installation involves the following simple steps. 1. Remove the cover of the terminal box and establish connections as shown below :
