| AUTOMATIC OUTDOOR LIGHTING CONTROL |
| DESCRIPTION |
| All outdoor lamps are normally operated in the nighttime. Some lamps like street lamps are switched ON for the entire duration of night and some lamps like advertisement board lighting etc., are switched ON only for part of night. Universally all these lamps are switched ON at dusk i.e. once the natural sunlight goes down after sunset. We have developed dedicated automation devices based on infrared sensing technology and digital timing for all the above areas of automation. All the models offer automatic switch ON at dusk once the ambient illuminance goes below 60 lux. |
| SWADEEP-01 offers a standard switch OFF at dawn on sensing the illuminance level to be above 10 lux. This model can handle a load of upto 16 Amp at 230 Volts AC. |
| SWADEEP-02 offers an additional facility of switching OFF during the night time itself with out waiting for the DAWN. This model will be more appropriate for those lamps which can be switched OFF during the night itself. The selection facility is based on duration from DUSK. Facility is provided for a selection from 4 to 8 hours with half-an-hour resolution. This model also provides for selection of switching OFF based on DAWN. This model can also handle upto 16 Amp. current at 230 Volts AC. Separate model is available for operation at 110 Vac. |
| SWADEEP-02EC series offers all the facilities available in SWADEEP-02 and can handle higher loads in single phase (3kW/5kW/8kW) as well as loads distributed in three phases (5kW/8kW/12kW). These models come with a pole mountable enclosure complete with brackets, cabinet with an openable door, lock provision and protective MCB. |
| SIGN SWITCH offers an automatic switching
solution for signages with the needed selectable option for duration.. This model offers automatic switching OFF after the expiry of any time from 2 to 6 hours with a resolution of half-an-hour. To accommodate the needs of
some signages like ATM boards etc. this model offers a selection facility for
the switching OFF at DAWN. |

| DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION |
| Nature Switch consists of a circuit housed in molded plastic casing sealed to conform to IP 65, a transformer free DC conversion, surge suppressors, a microprocessor driven digital clock for accuracy, infrared sensor with a defined field of view, a non series current sensor, an integral terminal box to ensure a reliable and trouble free performance. The system is intelligent enough to read the mains voltage level, current passing through the switch, ambient light level, duration from DUSK irrespective of Mains power etc. The device uses a special HYBRID MICRO CIRCUIT for reliability and consistency. |
